Terms of sale

These terms of sale (the "Sales Terms") govern the subscription to and purchase of the paid plans of the UNYX service (the "Service"), published by UNYX. Any order implies acceptance of these Sales Terms.

UNYX offers subscription plans as well as credit packs usable to access the features of the Service. The details of the plans, quotas and credits included are presented on the pricing page at the time of the order. Credits are consumed as you use the AI models and associated features.

Prices are indicated in euros. Depending on your situation, they may be displayed excluding or including taxes; the applicable taxes (in particular VAT) are specified before the validation of the order. UNYX reserves the right to modify its prices, the new prices applying to subsequent orders and renewals.

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. UNYX does not retain your bank card data. The order is confirmed after validation of the payment. In the event of payment failure, access to paid features may be suspended.

Credit packs are billed once at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order, the purchased credits are usable under the conditions and for the duration specified on the offer page. Credits are not convertible into cash.

Subscriptions are, unless otherwise stated, automatically renewed at expiry (monthly or annual) for an equivalent duration, by direct debit via Stripe. You may terminate at any time from your account: termination takes effect at the end of the current period, with no further renewal. Access to paid features remains open until the end of the period already paid for.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer has, in principle, a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days for contracts concluded at a distance. However, for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you may ask to benefit from the Service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior express agreement. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals acting within the framework of their activity.

When a refund is due (valid exercise of the right of withdrawal or malfunction attributable to the Service), it is made via Stripe to the means of payment used, within a reasonable period. Credits already consumed and subscription periods already used do not give rise to a refund, unless a mandatory legal provision to the contrary applies.

These Sales Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable protective rules for consumers.
