Terms of use

These terms of use (the "Terms") define the conditions of access to and use of the UNYX service, comprising the site and the browser extension (together, the "Service"), published by UNYX. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. You undertake to provide accurate information, to preserve the confidentiality of your credentials and to inform us of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the activities carried out from your account.

You undertake to use the Service in a lawful and fair manner. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• circumvent security measures or usage limitations;
• use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or infringing the rights of third parties;
• disseminate unlawful, defamatory content or content contrary to public order;
• attempt to extract, copy or resell the Service or its components without authorisation;
• disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers.

The Service, its brand, its code, its interfaces and its content are protected and remain the property of UNYX or its partners. No provision of these Terms entails any transfer of intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, and grant UNYX the authorisations strictly necessary for their processing in order to provide you with the Service.

The Service relies in part on artificial intelligence models: the responses generated may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. You remain solely responsible for the use you make of the results produced. UNYX implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without being able to guarantee a complete absence of interruption or error. UNYX cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. UNYX may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular in the event of abusive use, where applicable after notification.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable protective provisions for consumers.
